Hi the Telerik team

I Would like to know when you plan to stop supporting IE6.
Now, arround me, every body uses IE7, IE8 or FF. Don't know how this is in the world but at this time i think / hope that most of people abandon it.

Actualy i work with q3 2007, and one day i will get a new version, but the abandon of IE6 will be an important thing in my decision to get a new version.

You, the Telerik team, have to provide a more complex code, patches etc etc... cause of IE6 !
The suite will be more robust, more optimized without this support.

Keep the good work
Fred

Hello Fred,

We do not have plans to stop the IE6 support yet. One of the biggest benefits of RadControls is wide cross-browser support -- and, yes, there is still a significant percentage of people using IE6 especially in government institutions or large scale enterprise organizations. We are doing our best to optimize the code and minimize the effect of IE6-specific tweaks though.

Ivo
