CSV Export Issue :- ">>" getting Converted into '&'gt; &'gt; " as well as empty cells coming as &'nbsp:'

Hi ,

I have a telerik grid("Version=5.0.1.0")  which is getting filled from SQL datasource. 

ISSUE 1:
If Cell value is 'April>>test1>>Section1>>A' then after exporting to CSV it comes as
'April>>test1>>Section1>>A'

ISSUE 2:
Empty cell or cell having value " " are getting converting to " ". while exporting to the CSV.
