how can i edit/delete/addnew  items in radgrid control?

Hello,

Telerik RadGrid provides rich server API for inserting new data, updating existing data and deleting data directly from the specified data source.

Automatic Operations

Also checkout the documetations:

Inserting values in-place and EditForms

Updating values in-place and with edit forms

Deleting records
