Hello,
I would like to create Navigation Menu, but would like items to keep some distance to each other.
How will I accomplish that?

I think if you read through this forum thread, along with the Creating a Custom Skin documentation article you should get a better idea of how to approach this using the CSS available for the RadMenu.
