[Solved] Problem with installation

Ever time I try to install the RadControls I get the following error:
"Another installation is in progress. You must comßplete that installation before continue this one".

This appears also after a complete reboot.
How can I discover the process which is causing this error?

sorry for this posting. Finaly I discovered a stucked VS-Installation.
