Hi Telerik Team,

I am using  RadFile Upload, i cant able to set the file name property of the radupload, because it is read only. but my situation is i have multiple rad upload to upload multiple files. here i have all my files which have to be uploaded in the same path. so what i need is when user browse for the first file in the first rad upload i want the other radupload filename to be filled automatically For eg: in tab file upload when user browses the tab its supporting files which are at the same location have to be automatically filled at the filenames of the other radupload.

Hi Mukunda,

Setting the value of RadUpload is not possible as it is considered a security flow. If this were possible malicious developers would be able to upload arbitrary files from the end user's machine. You can find this and other limitations of RadUpload documented here.

Dear Albert,

Thanks for your reply !

But however people may really need this option because it may take more time when people upload multiple files at a time and which are all at the same location and which are already known. It would be nice if we have some workaround for this if possible, or else if it is a serious security issue, that 's ok. we can manage ! However thanks for your reply !

Thanks
