[Solved] 2016.1.113.45 double spacing on enter?

I replaced the old Telerik DLL with the latest and now enter becomes double spaced.    Why is it being wrapped in <p> now?

I can duplicate it with Chrome and IE11.

Fixed by setting NewLineMode="Br"
