[Solved] 2009 Q2 - No File Manager in Editor?

I see references all over this forum to a "File Manager" in the Editor, but can find no such "Manager", nor any way to upload files in the other "Managers".

Nevermind -- I found the ViewPaths and UploadPaths properties.
