Q2 2013 SP1 brings vast improvements to RadControls for Windows 8 XAML and RadControls for Windows 8 HTML.
Among the many improvements are the extended Grid’s Aggregation API, Gauge’s design-time galleries, Data Storage’s improved performance and fluent API methods for HTML, just to name a few. You can find the detailed release notes at:

RadControls are now ready to be used in Visual Studio 2013 and Windows 8.1 both in public preview state.
A few weeks ago we also announced New Licenses for Hobbyists and Small Businesses for RadControls for Windows 8 to support the growing number of hobbyist developers as well as small businesses embracing the platform.
