The latest Telerik JustMock service pack comes with preliminary support for .NET 6 preview 1 and bug fixes.
The .NET world is evolving at a rapid pace in recent years, and with that so are the new versions that Microsoft is publishing. We have stated previously that we are determined to support all new versions once they are out. This is why we have made the required effort to make sure that JustMock is working even with the first preview version of .NET 6.
We received reports that there were issues with the "Check for Updates" and "Customer Experience Improvement Program" commands from the JustMock extension for Visual Studio 2015. Those issues are now fixed.
Thanks to your bug reports we understood that there was an issue with the JustMock task for the Azure Pipeline when the "Test platform version" option was set to "Installed by Tools Installer" and code coverage is enabled. With the JustMock R1 SP1 2021 release this issue is fixed and the task is uploaded to the marketplace. It should be automatically updated into your pipelines.
An issue that has been known for a while with ArgumentException thrown when attempting to mock a private field using a dynamic wrapper is now fixed and available with JustMock R1 SP1 2021 release.
If you experience any issues do not hesitate to report them using our forums, ticket system or our Feedback Portal.
The R1 SP1 2021 release is already available for download in customers’ accounts. If you are new to Telerik JustMock, you can learn more about it via the product page. It comes with a 30-day free trial, giving you some time to explore the capabilities of JustMock.
