    Super-charged Performance Optimizations for Telerik's ASP.NET AJAX Grid in Q3 2011

One of the most used features of Telerik’s Grid for ASP.NET AJAX is grouping and for some time now we have been receiving feature requests from customers regarding grouping performance optimization. This task was not so easy, but after some months of research, implementation and a lot of headaches we finally succeeded with this complex challenge! I want to introduce to you the new linq based grouping for Telerik’s Grid for ASP.NET AJAX which will be available in the Q3 2011 ajax release. Fun with RadLoopingList: Creating a Numeric Picker with RadLoopingList - Introduction

A few weeks ago we received a support ticket from a customer using RadControls for Windows Phone 7 who wanted to use RadLoopingList to create a control that will allow the end-user to pick numbers in the range 0.00 – 99.99. The devices that these operating systems power have become an important part of many people's daily routine. I myself just recently spent close to 1,000 dollars on a new smartphone, justifying it to my spouse by arguing that I spend more time on my phone then I do on my computer (Not quite true, but let's keep that our little secret, shall we?). The great thing ...

Telerik Silverlight - Best of Connections

Once again the Telerik RadControls for Silverlight have been noticed, and in a big way!  During the fall DevConnections the judges looked long and hard at all of the ASP.Net and Silverlight control suites on the market and decided that our humble suite would be the winner.  Check the post here from 'Connections for the group shot of our our staff at the conference. Of course, people are probably wondering just why the RadControls for Silverlight won, after all, there is a lot of competition on the market.  So as one of the Xaml Evangelists here at Telerik I put together a short...
