We are thrilled about this week’s addition of Chris Sells to the Telerik team. If you haven’t already heard, Chris, a world-renowned industry veteran, has joined Telerik as Vice President of the Developer Tools division. His division will be responsible for a number of UI control sets – including WinForms, WPF, Silverlight and ASP.NET – as well as a number of tools – including the Just line, OpenAccess ORM, and Telerik Reporting. So, you occasionally (or frequently) attend user group meetings. There is always that one ‘guy’ who organized the venue, arranged for a star speaker to come in, and even got pizza & pop. Recap from TechEd 2010 - Day 3
Yesterday I mentioned Telerik was nominated for 3 Best-of-TechEd award. As you might have read on our CEO blog, late last night Telerik was awarded Best of TechEd award in Components and Middleware category. Coming on heels of CodeProject award for the best Silverlight suite I wrote about yesterday, this was certainly nice recognition of the work we have put in all of our component suites. And…..it was worth a celebration It was also a fun day for Telerik fans. TechEd-ers who wore Telerik t-shirt on Monday were awarded with a nice (and educational from what I hear) trip to Louisiana swamps....June 11, 2010
