Hello,

Is there a simple way to create a report from a WPF RadGridView, I dont want to use the export method (pdf, csv...) because I have to add somme other informations. I create my own class but when there are converters or DataTemplate, it doesn't works.

Thanks in adavance

Hi Geoffrey,

When you use Telerik Reporting you can get the data and use any of the available data source components or assign directly the data to the report's or nested data items' DataSource properties.

In general, Telerik reports are templates repeated for the assigned to them data. Thus you will need only the grid's data (the records visualized by the grid) and to design a similar report layout.

For example you can use the Table/Crosstab/List item, which supports also displaying of custom aggregates over the data (e.g. Crosstab online demo). The Crosstab demo is available also in the local examples, installed by default under C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Reporting <VERSION>\Examples.
