Simple enough, I would like to change the background color of the radCheckmark in a Checkbox depending on its click state.
If it's on, color 1.
If it's off, color 2.
I've played with CheckState but just cannot seem to get it to work. Could someone point me in the right direction that would showcase just how to do this, perhaps in the default checkbox theme?

I've got to believe that a lot of people want to render HTML in an app but don't like the idea of using the MS "WebBrowser" control given its HUGE DLL and the mess that can result if the client machine doesn't have IE installed.
The RichTextBox isn't real HTML so that doesn't help.
So, how about a nice, lightweight, HTML rendering text box. Could be read-only for the first release and then, if you guys have some free time - :) - you can add Edit capability.

Hi,
When you set the EnableTabControlMode to true, the tabItemXX.ContentPanels appear, of which the BackColor can then be set. How do I create a gradient on that panel, preferably using the Visual Style/Theme Builder? The contentpanels do not show up in the Children/Control Structure.
If this is not possible, what would be the preferred way to create gradient tab-contentpages?
(I am using the current 2006Q4 versions)

Cannot get DockPanel Text Property to properly update.
If I create a DockPanel and set the "Text" property it works, but if I then want to change the "Text" property I have to click on the panel before the change is visible. Looking at the panel in debug the Text property has updated but does not show until pane is clicked (or button clicked a second time - will see 1st update).
To reproduce:
Add docking manager to form
Add dockPanel
Add button to dockPanel
Add this code to button click event:
dockPanel1.Text = DateTime.Now.ToString("hhmmss");
What am I doing wrong? Thanks

I just downloaded the Winforms demo and loaded up the first demo app -- the notepad example.
The app does not seem to support some basic functionality of the ribbon bar because the ribbon bar de-selects the text in the text editor.
Example:
1. Highlight some text in the editor.
2. Click the Font drop-down box to select a different font.
3. The text is de-selected so that when you select a font, nothing happens because no text is selected.
The buttons for Bold, Italic, etc, work when setting the text to the option, but not when trying to set it back.
I assume this is just a bug in the demo app...but it's probably something that should be fixed since it's the first thing prospective customers (like me) will see after downloading the demo.

I would like to add RadSplitButtons in a RadListBox, for displaying af list of documents (files). Default click-action is to open the document, other options (on the drop-down menu on the splitbutton) could be check-in/check-out, preview, etc.
What would be the correct way to add the RadSplitButton ? Can I encapsulate it in a RadListBoxItem ?

I have a rad text box on my form and by default it comes in with a height of 15. When I change it to something else it changes back to 15 once I click out of the height property box. Is there a setting i am missing somewhere?
