Hello,
The customer has managed to resolve the issue on his own in that particular case.
Furthermore the information provided there is not complete and we can't say what's wrong for certain.
One thing that we've noticed is that the child grid has its own data source. In this case the parent grid won't be updated automatically.
It can be updated either via the DOM or by locating the corresponding data items.
We should be able to help you if share more information regarding your particular scenario.
