Unable to resize image

As per title, is there a way to enable it?

There is no indicator shown to resize selected image.

Could you please share more details about the issue and implementation on your side?

I tested the behavior of resizing an image in the Editor and as you can see in the screencast linked below the image can be successfully resized after it is selected.
