I have logged this as a feature request on your behalf here https://feedback.telerik.com/maui/1556516-add-toggle-button - Cast you vote and follow the item to receive email notifications when there is an update. 

For now I can suggest you check the Telerik UI for .NET MAUI CheckBox control. It has 3 states - Checked, UnChecked and Indeterminate. By default the Indeterminate state is not not applied. If you want such an option you can enable it by setting CheckBox.IsThreeState to True.
