I am trying test using the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX in a SharePoint environment and have not had much luck.  I have not been able to get past the following error when creating a simple webpart using one of your controls:
~/Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd' is missing in web.config. RadScriptManager requires a HttpHandler registration in web.config.

My SharePoint instance is using IIS 6, and I've added the Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd entry to my web.config file as shown below.

My web.config has the following:

I've gone through all the help documents I can find for using RadControls in a SharePoint environment.  I know I've gotten ASP.NET AJAX working correctly because I've built and deployed webparts using the ASP UpdatePanel successfully.  It is the Telerik HttpHandler registrations which does not seem to be working correctly.

Use the fully qualified assembly name because most probably you have deployed Telerik.Web.UI.dll in GAC.

Format of the initialization string does not conform to specification starting at index 0.
