Support apikeys as NuGet authentication

Hello,

Our company uses Telerik developing web application. I am working on CI/CD, and I found Telerik NuGet source is good - except it requires clear text password.

It's nice to have the NuGet source support API key authentication, and key management in the account generated the key.

In this way we can avoid the risk to publish clear text password. 

Please consider support it :)

Hello,

The Telerik private feed for the NuGet packages supports setting up the credentials without storing it as clear text. You can see that here: https://docs.telerik.com/aspnet-mvc/getting-started/nuget-install#set-up-nuget-package-source.

With dotnet CLI. however, there is a known issue with the private feeds, where they cannot be restored if credentials are not stored as clear text (https://github.com/NuGet/Home/issues/1851). This, however, is related to the CLI and not the NuGet feed we are providing. 

As for using an API key, as far as I am aware, there is no such option currently and you can suggest that option as a feature request in out feedback portal: http://kendoui-feedback.telerik.com/forums/127393-kendo-ui-feedback.
