I wanted to setup Telerik report in on of my asp.net web from application i am getting issue in-order to setup this please help me.

Since you have an ASP.NET WebForms application, I recommend using the HTML5 ASP.NET Web Forms Report Viewer.

You may follow the instructions from the Configuring HTML5 ASP.NET Web Forms Report Viewer with REST Service - Telerik Reporting article to set up the report viewer in the project using our Visual Studio item templates.

There is also the option of manually setting up the report viewer if that is preferred - Manual Setup of the HTML5 ASP.NET Web Forms Report Viewer - Telerik Reporting.
