Simple and direct print report

Hello,

I try build a simple report and get the user the ability to print it. The
report is displayed nice contains above the toolbar But the Print button in
toolbar doesn't work as I expected. I need the ability to direct print the
displayed report by click on the print button.

I see in documentation a section of direct print:

But it is impossible for
me to do this long procedure for each end user. My web site doesn't contain any
installation procedure and I don't want that our using in Telerik reporting
tool will be the trigger for start such procedure.

Is there any other
solution for directly and simple print the report in client side?

Hello rafi,

The direct print functionality in the HTML5 Report Viewer is based on rendering the report in PDF format with special settings, so when the PDF file opens in a browser, the PDF plug-in print dialog is invoked.
In order the direct print functionality to work as expected there are some requirements which must be satisfied. Note that if Adobe Reader or Chrome PDF plug-in is not detected, clicking the print button would export the report to PDF.
This is the solution which is available for printing from client side with the HTML5 Report Viewer. For more detailed information, please follow the HTML5 Report Viewer Direct Print help article.

I did as it explained in the document instructions in HTML5 Report Viewer Direct Print and it still does not print immediately, but saves the file.  I tried Chrome (attached link to video and images of the browser - I tried to print which the browser was as pictured 1 and 2 as seen in the photo) and I also tried the internet Explorer.
Can anyone help me?

Hello rafi,

The provided link to the video is not working on our end.

Following the instructions in the provided help article and setting the directPrint option when creating the report viewer widget results in a print dialog in the browser window, which is the expected behavior.

In order to investigate further, please send us a runnable sample project which exhibits the issue. This will allow us to reproduce the described issue locally and advise accordingly.

          I am also facing the same problem, i used telerik html5 report viewer in that print option is not to work as i expected , it is downloaded to pdf and not to direct print as u given http://www.telerik.com/help/reporting/html5-report-viewer-direct-print.html .

  Is there any other
solution for directly and simple print the report in client side?
