Is there a way of adding a cover page in a Telerik Report only whilst exporting using the Telerik Reporting Web Services? I assume if the answer is no, the only option is to manually handle exports?
Another option, would it be possible to hide pages in the Report Viewer (e.g. the first/cover page) instead?

Hi Stef,
I appreciate the answer to the other question, however, requiring that ability (navigating to another page by default) is a hack/work around to this question (not the other way round) and doesn't actually help if this is your issue.
I presume what you are saying then, is that you cannot show/hide pages or include/exclude report books during exporting.

Hello Chris,
If I understand correctly, your request is to hide a whole page of a report on export. If yes, this is an equivalent of modifying the report before exporting it, or in other words exporting a new instance of the same report.
For the purpose I suggested you to use custom UI to handle the export, which UI can post to custom controller's action and execute the code for exporting reports programmatically. In this scenario, you need to create a new report instance, which can be modified before the export.
If you prefer to display and export the same report, to set the currently displayed page after the report is rendered is currently supported through the exposed API - renderingEnd event and the goToPage command.
