I'm having an issue with a clients environment where we are trying to upgrade SharePoint 2010 to sp2 and during the process the web.config on all sites are having the Telerik.reportviewer.axd key added multiple times.

We are not sure what is causing the issue and we haven't encountered such issue before. There is some information on the internet about the issue and we hope that this can help and shed some light on the issue:
Please let us know if you find any new information on the issue. In the meantime we will also try to investigate further and get back to you if something related to Telerik Reporting comes up.

- duplicate scriptmodule entry added to web.config periodically
- removing a sharepoint solution duplicates entry in web.config?

Thank you for the reply. Yeah this is a new one for me too. Just hoping there may have been some trouble shooting steps
