Which browser are you using? Does this happen with the default control skin or you have modified the skin property in the config file? Finally, which version of the RadEditor for MOSS do you have installed? Once we know the answers to these questions we will be able to help you quickly.

Hello,
I can suggest upgrading to the latest official RadEditor for MOSS release - version 5.23. We have fixed numerous skin (toolbar and dialogs) related problems in this release. If the upgrade does not seem to help, please send us a screenshot of the dialog so we can get a better understanding of the problem.

5.2.3.0 radeditor fixed this problem.
