Hi Timothy,
The Telerik.Reporting.Service is a standard WCF service which delivers the reports to the Silverlight viewer, so we're a bit confused by your inquiry. If you refer to providing datasource for the reports with WCF service then this is another thing. Anyway provide more information so that we can advise you accordingly.
