I try to run the report on the report viewer with a lot of calculation. I extended time out on data source. But after a while I got a blank screen.

Do you have any suggestions.

Thank you,

Hi Viktor,

It is not clear which Telerik Reporting version and viewer is used.

If you refer to the ASP.NET ReportViewer, please check the settings listed in the Report is unavailable or session has expired error message KB article. Keep in mind that if the report is large, uses a Table/Crosstab/List item 9which is rendered on a single page), and is is displayed in IE, the content might be clipped due to limitation of IE regarding the number of rendered elements.

For more details check the Design Considerations for HTML Rendering article.

I am using  report viewer Q2 2013.

Report is not very large but source calculation required 20 minutes.

Thank you,

Viktor

Hi Viktor,

Please test to extend the session timeout and separate the data retrieval from the report processing by setting the report's DataSource at run-time after instantiating an instance of the report.

If you need further help, please send the requested files and details in your support ticket on the same question - "Report Viewer return blank screen".
