We do not have a Rating component in Kendo UI for Angular. To see the Rating component added in the future, please vote and follow this feature request. Based on the votes, feasibility, etc, the feature will then be considered and added to our roadmap.
We have a basic Rating component defined in the Kendo UI Grid example which can be used and modified as per your needs. I have isolated the Rating component in this StackBlitz example and added a click event to change the rating value.
