Hi,
I am having issues on a custom user control. It ONLY occurs on machines with Windows Vista and works fine on machines with Windows XP. There are 2 issues I am facing
1. When the mouse hover on any RadMenu, the menu gets highlighted. For instance, the user control has 5 menu items, as I'm moving the mouse over to each one, all five get highlighted. The same behavior with Radtabstrip as well.
2. On the RadGridView, when I click on any rows after the grid is loaded, the row selected does not get highlighted, there's no background color, the only thing shown was a box with color border without background color filled. However, when the grid first loaded, the grid shows first row selected and highlighted correctly.
I also have another issue, this one is not Windows operating system specific and also on an user control. Radmenu does not close properly. For instance, my menu has 5 menu items, when I click on the memu, all 5 menu items appears. However, if I click on anywhere else on the screen, the menu does not close itself. The only way it would close is to click on the menu itself again.
Please let me know what needs to be done to resolve these issues.

Hello RAKESH KHATRI,
Thank you for writing. Most cases having similar symptoms are fixed by a display driver update. Please, make sure that you are using the latest one for your Vista machines. In addition, you can experience weird styles behavior if you are using a terminal service e.g. Remote Desktop. We are working on this issue, although unfortunately it has not been resolved yet. Please excuse me about the omission. It was because I thought that this last issue was caused by the same reason that causes your other issues. Anyway, I am unable to reproduce it in my side. However there could be something specific in your scenario that causes the weird behavior. Please open a new support ticket for it and send me a small example project that demonstrates the described behavior. This will help me to investigate your case in details and provide you with further assistance.
