RadComboBox BringToFront

I am using four RadComboBoxes in a form with other controls.  Using Visual Studio I set the RadComboBoxes to the front by using Visual Studios BringToFront toolbutton.  The last combobox I set of the four will come to the front, but the others will remain in back and the lists will be hidden by other controls in the form.  This is very annoying is there something else I should be doing.  This is in IE.

Try setting the z-index for the RadComboBox as mentioned in the following help document and let me know if it helps.
