Putting table at bottom of last page in report

I have a report created in the desktop designer with a single grouping that I have working correctly. However, I need to display results from a table on the last page of the report only. I cannot insert a table into the page footer that I can see, how can I achieve this? The group footer which allows a table prints at the bottom of every page.

Thank you for reaching out.

Since the Report Footer Section is printed only once at the end of the report, as described in the Report Structure documentation article, you can place your Table there as long as it contains aggregated data.

To make sure that you are in the Report Footer section, right-click on the empty space surrounding the design surface and verify that the Report Footer button is toggled on (highlighted). Afterward, go to the Report Explorer Tab, click the Report Footer Section, and you should be able to add a Table item.

The option to insert a table is greyed out in the desktop designer. I am definitely on the pagefooter section.

Hi Toya,

Tables and any data items are not allowed in page sections. The report footer is closest to the bottom of the page. Also, set the PrintAtBottom property to be True to ensure that the section will be printed right before the page footer section.
