Print not initiating after installing Adobe Reader 11

Hi, 

We are facing issues with the Telerik reporting' print... It was working previously, after newer adobe update: version Adobe Reader XI (11.0.02) nothing happens on the click of the print button. current reporting version installed on the server 5.1.11.713.

Hi Anuj,

The issue is not reproducible at our side with Adobe Reader 11.0.2. If you have not checked the instructions in the True Print help please give them a try. Let us know what is the version of the used Adobe PDF Reader plugin from the Manage Add-ons dialog in IE and the status of all mentioned in the help article settings in both cases - previous Adobe reader version and 11.0.02. In addition test printing of our online demos.

We are having the same issue. Print button is not working on your demo either after Adobe Reader 11.0 installed.

Hello Hannah,

In case you are testing to print in Firefox, please check the Print in Firefox KB article.

If you refer to other browser, please provide us with more details about the tested Telerik Reporting version, the browser, and the used report viewer and its settings.
