When printing a document with the new PDFViewer, it seems like the document does not take the full page on print. You can look at the attachement the result I get by trying to print the document found in the Angular PDFViewer Example documentation on the telerik website. Is this a bug or is there an option to specify the document should take the full page?

We're experiencing the exact same issue. Did you were able to resolve it ?

Hi Jean-Luc, we did not resolve this issue and Telerik does not want to answer question if you are a free tier user. We had to use another package instead of the Kendo one unfortunately.

hello Robin, Thanks for your swift reply.
I will ask Telerik for more information about this. Since we have a paid license, it should be ok!
If anything new comes up, I'll let you know by answering this post again!

For anyone wondering; Telerik do not answer nor fix issues if you are a free tier user. Here is their answer :

"If your request is not created by a licensed user, it gets the lowest priority and will take unnecessarily long to get answered."

I did not get any other answer or update for the last 4 months.

Hi Robin and Jean-Luc,

Firstly I would like to address the behavior of our PDFViewer as that is the important part and then how our support works.

The described behavior is a known bug that is logged in our public GitHub repository:

https://github.com/telerik/kendo-angular/issues/4156

I will also bump the priority of the issue. In the feature feel free to report or search bugs in our GitHub repository or our feedback portal.

Regarding our responses in the forum, our support team aims to provide assistance in most cases depending on the workload. However, the forum is also for the community to engage in communication, share code, solutions, workarounds, and awesome implementations, among other things.

If a bug report is logged, we will address it, regardless of whether the user has a license or not. Regarding private support tickets, users must have a purchased license, which will provide support based on the chosen plan. Trial licenses are also available for those who would like to experience the full package, including private support assistance. Trials are beneficial for testing our products and obtaining assistance with our components or any issues that may arise during the testing process.

Regards,
Yanmario
