Hello,

We have implemented the pdf viewer using : "@progress/kendo-angular-pdfviewer": "^15.0.1". It works very well for our purpose.
But there is still a small issue with the print action. As another user stated here the print action sort of adds a "padding" to the pdf, making it roughly 25% smaller than the original.

As you can see in attached files, the pdf displays correctly in the viewer, but as soon as you open the print menu, it shrinks (and becomes black and white ? maybe just displays shenanigans).

What I've tried so far: playing with zoom, playing with scales, playing with marges, but I can't make it appear "100%".

On the third attached files, you can see that the added footer seems to have the right size. Maybe it has to do with this ?

Can you help me ?

Thanks!

Hi Jean-Luc,

This is a known bug in our PDFViewer component that is logged in the following issue:

https://github.com/telerik/kendo-angular/issues/4156

I have also updated the mentioned forum thread regarding the bug.

Currently, there isn't a fairly simple workaround that can be added and I've increased the priority of the bug report for better visibility. Feel free to provide a demo and your observations in the bug report, so that our developers can also take in mind your specific configuration in the testing.

Our team apologizes for any inconvenience caused until the issue is resolved.
