I am working with a legacy MFC application that draws its output to device contexts for printing. I'd like to try and intercept this and use the PDF output from Telerik Reporting - is it possible to get a handle to the device context?

I am uncertain about the exact scenario. Please check if the following msdn article helps you in your case: Windows Forms and Unmanaged Applications Overview.
As far as it relates to Telerik Reportingl, you can export Telerik report programmatically and get the generated bytes or save the result in a file.
