Hi ,
I have a list page from where I open a details page. From this details page i open another rad window. Now the problem i am facing is that both these rad window have the same parent...the list page. The second rad window has to return some result to the first rad window but this is not happening. i want the list page to be the parent of first rad window and the first rad window to be the parent of second rad window. I have tried your examples and read the forums but have not found my solution. Please could you help me here.

thank you

Regards,
Ajit

No Worries ...I figured it out. Now i have a new issue, the second rad window appears within the boundaries of the first rad window. Is possible to change the behavior to just like the fist rad window.

Hi Ajit,

The RadWindow control is based on an IFRAME and it behaves just like one. If you open the second RadWindow in the context of the page that is opened inside the first RadWindow then the behavior that you experience is the expected one. You need to open the second window in context of the parent page(parent for the first window) and then you will be able to move it outside the first RadWindow. In this case I recommend you check these links for more information:

I believe that they will be of help for you.

Kind regards,
