Hi Ravi,

I am sending a sample RadGrid web site to demonstrate that the mentioned property should work as expected. Please run the attached application and verify that the textboxes generated for Freight and ShipName columns in edit mode do not allow more than 10 characters.

Hi Brendan,

Generally, we provide our users working samples to serve as a base reference and speed up their development process. If there provided web site does not work on your side, perhaps there is some mismatching configuration setting causing that. Could you run the sample using the steps provided below and modify it to demonstrate the issue and open a formal support thread to send it back to us for further investigation?

1. Open Visual Studio
2. File menu
3. Open option
4. Select Web site and target the web site folder.
5. Include a Bin folder with the Telerik dll assemblies.
