load usercontrols asynchronously

I am having couple of user controls on page. one user control is taking very long time to load. so the page completely freezes until it loads. Is there a way to show rest of the page and show "loading message" for first user control until it finishes loading?

You may consider displaying RadAjaxLoadingPanel on initial load as shown in this documentation topic.
