Hello,
Is it possible to run API tests on remote test server without buying licence with Test Studio and Test Studio runtime. In one webinar about 2016 new features I heard that API test tool is free BETA which seems to continue till now. Or I need at least one Test Studio runtime licence for $349?

Thank you for your interest in Test Studio for APIs.
The standalone installation of the API Studio is still in beta version and thus is free. So you could install it on multiple machines and then build a CI environment to run the test on different machines.
An important note is that the Test Studio Run-time edition could not run API tests as of now. We work on further integration between the two products and hopefully we could introduce improvements in the future.
