Kendo Panel bar

Is there any option to manage Kendo Panel bar expand mode, in desktop Panel bar will be in expanded mode and in mobile it will be collapsed mode.

I am not sure that understand the requirement correctly. Please provide some more details about the desired end goal in case I misunderstood you.

Based on my assumption the expected behavior is to expand all PanelBar items initially on desktop, but not on mobile or manage the expandMode property based on the operational system. 

For both approaches, the developer needs to detect the operational system using some custom JavaScript code. In case, all items should be expanded, the expanded property can be utilized, as shown in the following example:

Thank you for the provided screenshot.

If I understood correctly, the PanelBar should be collapsed with the header visible on mobile but expanded with the header hidden on desktop. Please correct me if I misunderstood you.
