I managed to find the issue, it should be 2014.1.416. The VSExtensions wizard, upgrades to 2014.1.415 instead of 2014.1.416

This is an already know issue and our dev team currently is after it. The fix will be available in next internal builds (most probably to the end of the day). I would suggest to regularly check for "sticky" thread on the matter in "General discussions" category.
