It seems like since we upgraded to Telerik Blazor 15.0.0 and .Net 10 around the same time our build times are substantially longer.
dotnet build output seems hung up at this for a solid 2-6 minutes before eventually continuing:
Determining projects to restore...
All projects are up-to-date for restore.
[Telerik and Kendo UI Licensing]
Valid Telerik Document Processing Libraries license found.
We are not seeing in errors in the build output or logs - just that it sits an hangs here for some amount of time before moving on with the process.
Really just a slight frustration when you are trying to test or build locally a dozen times a day.
