Hi Robert,

Please test to download the MSI file from your Telerik account and run it with admin rights on the machine - Installing Telerik Reporting. My recommendation is to use the command from the Installation Problems article to create a log file, which we can check if the installation fails again.

To attach the log file you will need to open a support ticket accepting zip attachments up to 20MB.
