InPlace editmode and required field validator

Hi,

I am having a rad grid with 2 columns.I have set the edit mode to be InPlace and I am using object datasource for insert,delete,select and update menthods.I would like to set up required field validators on both the columns of the radgrid.These two columns are grid bound columns(not template columns).

Could you please let me know how to set up required field validators in this scenario.
