we like to deliver the reports within our silverlight App.
Means: The User clicks the 'Reportbutton' and the report should be open in one of our application windows (UserControl).
Any idea if and how this is to be implemented?

The Getting Started with Telerik Report Viewer for Silverlight video is a great way to get familiar with Telerik Reporting and learn how to create and display reports in Silverlight. In addition I would suggest to check the Silverlight Report Viewer documentation and examine the sample reports and projects that are part of the Telerik Reporting distribution.
