Hi Vargis,
As described in this sticky thread a post in the Support Forums doesn't guarantee youa response from the Telerik support team although most of the posts are eventually answered. If you want to report a more urgent problem, please use the support ticketing system, which has a response time.
As for the behavior you encountered, it is a result of dragging the anchor HTML element of the rendered RadButton in the input field. This effect is expected and can be examining by dragging an anchor element or a LinkButton control in an input field. You can avoid it by adding a draggable attribute to the RadButton and setting it to false in order to prevent the control from being dragged.
