To manually add the Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core to an existing project, please refer to the below Documentation, where the complete process is described in separate steps:
After successfully adding the NuGet package from the private feed, registering the Kendo services and then referencing the client-side resources, you should be able to use the HtmlHelpers and TagHeleprs that are provided by the Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core package.
The link you reference is outdated and no longer works. Can you please update it? How do you get and install the client-side resources?

Hello Shannon,
Thank you for reporting this issue.
I have noticed that you have opened a separate support thread on the same topic, where my colleague Ivan has already supplied an answer. We have located the issue and will work towards updating the article accordingly.
In case you have any further issues with the copying of the client-side resources, I would suggest to continue our communication in the support thread, where you could provide additional details and specifics.
Regards,
Dimitar
