How do you delete a user account?

    I can't see any option to do so, and I can't find anything about it in the documentation.

    Hello,

    We do not have the option to delete a user account from the UI on purpose. Users have many constraints with other artifacts like Scheduled task, Alerts, History and hard delete of user may lead to some inconsistencies. If you need to stop someone access to the Report Server we have the status of user - you could Enable/ Disable the user from the UI with edit option.
    Nevertheless, if you still need to hard delete a user you could use our REST API to do the job. You need to use this endpoint to get all the users and after that, you could delete the user you want with this endpoint by user id. All the endpoint are protected with Authentication so you need to get and use an access token.

    Hi Jan,

    Thank you for pointing this out. We have fixed the broken links and they are now working correctly.

    Note that in Report Server R2 2018 SP1 (4.1.18.620) we have added the option to delete user accounts from the UI (management web application).
