Filter checkbox is not working in Telerik grid

I have implemented the filter checkbox list to grid column and I'm getting empty list when i click on filter icon on grid.

Please find below code snippet.

Could you please help me asap.

On the above solution we need to implement the partial class of the column and then bind that column into grid.
