[Solved] File view icons mixed up

Hi, please see the file view icons demoed on this page: https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/filemanager/index

Clicking on 'Grid View' displays the FIle List view and vice versa, which is what we are seeing when implemented also.

Hi Eyup, thanks for the reply. Indeed, the link you mention (https://demos.telerik.com/blazor-ui/filemanager/overview) is how the icons _should_ correspond to the display view.

Instead, with the jQuery FileManager (https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/filemanager/index), the icons correspond in the opposite way to the display view. This is a bug/error and should be rectified.

Could you suggest an immediate workaround we could implement to achieve this in our deployment?

Hi,

The buttons and icons of the FileManager were updated following a previously reported issue, and the current behavior in the jQuery FileManager component reflects the intended design.

We have also coordinated internally with the Blazor team, and their version of the FileManager will be updated accordingly.

Regarding the documentation, this was indeed an oversight on our part. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We will update the documentation to align with the latest changes to the component. As a token of our appreciation for identifying this discrepancy, your Telerik points have been updated.

Thanks for the update but it's not very clear. Was an automated issue filed by "Kendo Bot" to "fix" this on the jQuery FileManager? Our view (based on user comments) is that implementation currently displayed by the Blazor control, and presumably how it used to be on the jQuery control, would be the more intuitive way to do it.

In any case, as a workaround, could you please suggest how to make the "grid" view (that is, the table with file details including size etc) the default? The control seems to default to "list" view. Alternatively, can the "list" view be removed altogether - that would solve our issue too. 

A second wish would be a way to swap the icons for the two views in our implementation, if possible.
