Hello,
I am having issues with exporting from the report viewer in certain browsers. In Opera, Chrome, and IE I am able to select a format and click the export link and export the report. In Firefox I have to select a export format, then refresh the report viewer then I am able to click the export link, but you can't click the link to export unless you refresh after selecting an export format. In Safari I am unable to select a format at all, and cannot click the export link. Any help is greatly appreciated. (If it helps I am using Version 6.0.12.215)

I am also facing the the same issue, as per your video you are using firefox version 12. But I using the advanced version 13. what we can do that now? Reply need ASAP.

Hi Ananth,
At the time we've posted a reply to this thread, latest version of Firefox was 12. We just tested it with 13 and 14.0.1 (current latest) and it works as expected i.e. this is not related to the browser version. Have you tried this on our online demos and what is the result? If the problem persists, it would be best to answer the questions from our previous post and better yet, provide us with a runnable project that causes the problem everytime on several machines (to exclude the possibility of this being a local issue with your machine).
In general whenever you're having browser crashes, it is always good to:

Hi,
The demo is working fine for me. But in my application it looks like that. PFA. When the report load it look like this. The export drop down doesn't show the option to export and the export button in enable mode (there is no link in export button). After selecting the value in drop down, the export link is also in the same manner. Once I refresh the report, then only the export link will get the link. Then again change the drop down to "Export to the selected Format" and click export it gives error. Thanks.

Hi Ananth,
The behavior you have encountered is abnormal and should not happen under any circumstance. Generally it is wrong to try to export when there is no Export format selected and you should not do this. As we have not been able to reproduce such a problem on our end and you're the first one to report it, we would appreciate if you open a support ticket and attach a runnable project that exhibits the issue. Once we review it, we would be able to advise you accordingly.
Additionally you have still not answered the questions from our first reply, please do so to help us identify the culprit:
On a side note, are you using RadFormDecorator in your project by any chance? If this is the case, remove it and see if the viewer works as expected. To keep it on your page, you can skip the select elements from decoration by setting the ControlsToSkip property to Select.

Hi Ankit,
The issue is not reproducible with our online demos, which use the latest available Telerik Reporting version Q2 2014. Please test to exclude all additional stylesheets and controls that may mess with the viewer. Thus you can isolate the reason for the disabled link.
In order to investigate the problem further we need exact steps how to reproduce the problem. Details about the result of the above suggested tests, the page markup and used Telerik products versions will be helpful.
